Returns and Exchanges

We hope you love your EllenbyVSD products and want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange the item(s) subject to the policies set forth below. Delivery fees are non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defect or transit damage.

Return Policy

14 days: All of our pieces are hand-crafted from natural materials. The beauty is in the natural variations, the irregular distresses, sporadic oxidations, and color fluctuations. These are normal characteristics that will not affect the performance of your piece and are not considered a manufacturer defect. A 10% restocking fee will be applied.

Custom Special-Order Merchandise

Made to your specifications and submitted for production at the time of your order. A 50% deposit may be required at time of purchase and will not be refunded if you wish to cancel, return or exchange for reasons other than manufacturer defect or transit damage.


Clearance Items (marked Last Chance), Direct Ship Artwork, Fresh Décor, One-of-a Kinds, and Wallpaper

Cannot be returned. If any of these items are refused or returned after delivery, a 50% restocking fee will be applied.

In Case of Damage

It is your responsibility to inspect your product upon delivery. Any damage that occurs upon delivery must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported immediately. Any damage not noted on the delivery receipt will be considered to be customer damage, and not warranted. If not reported within 14 days of delivery, the defects and variances will be considered “acceptable” and will not be accepted for return or exchange. We will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. If you choose to return a damaged item, purchase price, taxes and delivery fees will be refunded.

Proof of Purchase

For any exchange, return or service claim, proof of purchase in the form of your original receipt will be required.

Credits and Refunds
  • Taxes paid will be refunded

  • Delivery fees will not be refunded unless the item returned is found to have a manufacturer defect or was damaged in transit

  • A restocking fee and redelivery fee will be applied to merchandise that is returned or exchanged for reasons other than manufacturer defect or damage. Restocking fee does not apply to Non-Furniture Items as defined above

  • If items are refused due to any reason other than manufacturer defect or damage, all eligible restocking fees and delivery fees will be applied.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Refunds will be processed once it has been received and inspected at our warehouse. Depending on your pick up location, the processing of this refund can take up to 30 days.

Domestic Shipment processing time:


All orders are handmade to order and processed within 2-4 business days and we do not deliver on the weekend for product integrity during warm months. 


Delivery is standard (3-5 business days) unless otherwise noted on individual product.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via e-mail or telephone.

Certain products may require additional days to process prior to shipping. This will be reflected in the estimated arrival date.




We hope you are happy; However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return any unused item in it's original packaging to us for store credit or exchange. 


If your order contains incorrect goods or damaged items, please contact me immediately with your order number and pictures if necessary.


If a refund or store credit is required you will be asked to provide proof of the default or damage, either with photographic evidence or by returning the purchased product. 

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. No sale items are returnable. 


Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund amount.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
